‘Navigating internationalisation: innovative approaches in strategic markets’ is an exclusive, free Executive Programme designed for businesses in southern Italy, mainly SMEs, that are ready to seize new opportunities in foreign markets with concrete tools, strategic vision and qualified support.
Designed in collaboration with Luiss Business School, the programme offers over 100 hours of classroom training, divided into general and geographical modules on the strategic markets identified by the MAECI Export Plan. Through lessons, case studies, simulations and free personalised consulting, participants will acquire operational and strategic skills to successfully tackle the challenges of internationalisation.
How it works
Start date: 7 November 2025
The training course is divided into thematic modules for a total of ~100 hours of training over 6 alternate weekends and 1 final day:
GENERAL MODULE (16 hours): Overview of geo-economic changes and international scenarios and internationalisation strategies.
GEOGRAPHICAL MODULES (80 hours): Vertical focus on strategic markets identified in the MAECI Export Plan and related opportunities.
STRATEGIC ADVISORY (personalised): Free advice on internationalisation processes provided to companies participating in the course.
