Whistleblowing

Have you become aware of unlawful conduct in violation of Model 231 of the Code of Ethics, internal regulations, both corporate and Group, anti-money laundering legislation, TUF and MAR and privacy legislation? Now you can report it!

SIMEST, of the CDP Group, makes available to all employees – but also to all collaborators, consultants, partners, suppliers and counterparties of the Group’s business activities, as well as any third parties informed of the facts – a platform (“whistleblowing”) for reporting possible violations of Model 231 of the Code of Ethics, internal regulations, both corporate and Group, anti-money laundering legislation, TUF and MAR and privacy legislation. Whoever lodges a complaint must be aware of the facts due to the functions performed.

In compliance with the law on whistleblowing (Law 179/2017), the CDP Group ensures the confidentiality of the identity of the whistleblower, also to protect them from any retaliation and/or discrimination that could occur following the report made.

It is possible to submit a report by accessing directly from the SIMEST institutional website: here is the page for directly activating reports of unlawful conduct (“whistleblowing”) by simply filling in a web form.

SIMEST cannot autonomously acquire information on the identity of the whistleblower. That information is kept by a law firm that does not have access to the content of the report.
