Complaints procedure

Complaints Regarding SIMEST Products

 

In the event of a potential dispute between a Customer (or potential Customer) and SIMEST, the Customer may submit a written complaint using the following channels:

 

  • A letter sent by post, addressed to Simest SpA – Via Vincenzo Bellini, 15 – 00198 Rome (attention: Customer Management Department);
  • PEC: simest@legalmail.it
  • E-mail: reclami@simest.it

 

The complaint, under penalty of inadmissibility, must contain at least the following detailed information:

  • The identity of the reporting party;
  • A useful contact information;
  • The subject of the complaint, the affected product (if any), and any request addressed to SIMEST.

 

Upon receipt of the complaint, SIMEST undertakes to provide a response to the complainant within the legal deadlines (where applicable).
